Q: What is the suggested serving size? A: Place 1 scoop in a glass of water or juice. Put powder in before liquid. Start slowly, try one serving per day. Once your body is used to the extra fiber, try two servings per day. Children 6 to 11 should only use 1/2 scoop
Q: What time of the day
should I have it? A: Body Boost is best taken in the
morning before breakfast or in between meals. It is not
recommended to take at night as wheatgrass is high in
B-vitamins and may cause insomnia. A serving in the
early afternoon is advisable.

my energy levels? A: Yes, generally you will notice an
increase in energy levels after 3-4 weeks when taking
Body Boost daily.
Q: What does it taste like? A: Although it is a green food, it tastes pleasant. It
contains many different fruits and therefore has a
slight fruity flavor when in water. As an option, you
can mix it with juice.
Q: Do you need to keep it in
the fridge? A: Body Boost does contain multi strain
lactobacillus (healthy bacteria). This lactobacillus is
a stabilized form and does not need to be kept
