Q: What time of the day
should I have it? A: Body Boost is best taken in the

my energy levels? A: Yes, generally you will notice an
increase in energy levels after 3-4 weeks when taking

the fridge? A: Body Boost does contain multi strain
lactobacillus (healthy bacteria). This lactobacillus is
a stabilized form and does not need to be kept
refrigerated.
